Quick sketch, about 2 hours, 1 hour on the train home today. Copy of a self-portrait by Kathe Kollwitz, but using 99% ink instead of paint. The source sketch is in "Keys to Drawing", done in charcoal. If you compare mine with the source, you'll see where my draftmanship lacks. But somehow she looks younger in my sketch....
