"Here I Am, Here I Stay" / StarvngArtst
Based of a sculpture by Louise Bourgeois with the same title, two shoes are seen against a seemingly endless horizon. Bourgeois's sculpture comments on the order man has created from the chaos of nature, my drawing does the same with a touch of surrealism. However, because Bourgeois's sculpture and my drawing are so similar, I cannot be credited for the original idea. Rather, this is more of a homage to Mrs. Bourgeois and her original "Here I Am, Here I Stay".
